Job description
1- You will be responsible for a specific student to help him applying for some Universities in Italy. You will hold online meetings with the potential students who are planning to study in Italy. The appointments they book with you are pre-set dates by you, check this link as an example.
2- You should be able to provide services other than just providing online consultancy ( such as searching for accommodation, airport pick-up , ….).
3- You will report to the country manager who is working as your supervisor. He is mainly hired to support you with info that you are not sure about.
4- Writing some articles / making videos from time to time about life in the University or the city where you study /studied and handing over the article to the country manager.
5- Attending periodic meetings with management to discuss business challenges.
Requirements
1- You must be studying or already studied at one of the Universities in Italy.
2- To be fluent in English.
3- Preferably you have experience in all necessary procedures to facilitate study for newcomers. (Such as university admission, applying for a local scholarship, procedures for issuing residency upon arrival, and procedures for issuing a visa if possible). You do not necessary have to be expert in all of the above, we will make sure to help and support you as well with the necessary infomation.
4- Ready to have a least 1 day per week to follow up with the student that you will be taking care of.
5- To have the art of searching for information, to make sure of its reliability, and to keep up with the study procedures up to date, because they are always updated and constantly changing.
6- You have organizational skills and pay attention to details.
7- You have a sense of responsibility and respect to the deadlines.
Other Info
Contract type: Limited according to the agreement and the period that you are available.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Place: Online.
Compensation: Monetary compensation (will be discussed in the interview).
