The aim of this master’s course is to impart in-depth business management expertise, paired with foreign language and intercultural competence, methodological competence as well as leadership and social competence.
The special feature of the full-time course consists of four elective focal points , which allow you to develop further individually and professionally depending on your previous knowledge. The four specialization options are:
1- Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management is dedicated to the development of professional competencies that correspond in particular to the specific requirement profile of small and medium-sized companies.
2- Strategy & Organization focuses on topics related to organizational design and strategy development.
3- Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management analyzes the actors in an organization and the design of working conditions from a behavior-based perspective.
4- Against the background of a pronounced market orientation, Marketing & Media Management is dedicated to questions of customer communication, media planning and advertising with a special focus on new media.
The course is also characterized by its high practical relevance . This practical relevance is ensured through internships, project work, cooperation with companies and top-class speakers. Topics of the practical phase can be deepened as a master’s thesis

The application requirement for the Master’s International Management Studies is
a completed degree in “International Management” at the European University of Flensburg or a completed, equivalent university degree with at least 180 credit points (CP).
German and English language skills in accordance with the statutes on proof of foreign language skills or practical work in accordance with the study qualification statutes of the Europa-Universität Flensburg. For more info, click HERE.
1- The Master programme IMS is offered in cooperation with Syddansk Universitet (SDU), Denmark. Parallel to the German degree, it is possible to obtain a Danish degree Cand.merc.int.
2.Students have the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ Mobility programme both for study and training.

If it is being offered for free, half or 90% of scheduled calls won’t be respected by the potential students. In addition, this fee is refundable in case you are not satisfied from the call (it could happen! but we are responsible enough to react to such situations and deal with it in a very professional way).
